Our 6 step process ensures projects stay on track and meet (or exceed) your expectations every step of the way!

Step 1: Comprehensive Design Consultation

The process begins with a FREE design consultation and quote. Sit down with one our design consultants to discuss your goals and aspirations for the project. Our team will walk you through prior projects, finishes, and timelines to ensure we bring your unique vision to life.

Once a contract is in place, we will work with you to obtain all required permits for your renovation. Our team will finalize the design and finishes before ordering products required for your project.

Step 2: Final Planning & Ordering

Step 3: Construction Begins!

The big day is here! With materials set to be delivered, our team will be all hands on deck to get things off on the right foot. The team will remove and dispose of all old materials, secure the working area, and walk you through entry and exit points to be used during construction.

Step 4: Mid Project Check-in(s)

At Restora, we firmly believe in proactive and regular check-ins with our clients - things change during construction (materials can be back ordered, or you can change your vision). We've found its best practice to get ahead of these changes with routine communication and regular progress updates. Depending on the scale of your project, our team will schedule walk throughs to ensure any changes are aligned with your ultimate vision.

Step 5: The Grand Reveal

After much anticipation, the big day is finally here! Our team will remove all debris and clean the site so its ready for your family to use. A team lead or design consultant will complete a final walk through with you to ensure you are satisfied with the finished product.

At Restora, we are proud of our work and we stand by the finished product. If you experience any issues or deficiencies, you can rest easy knowing that each project comes with a 36 month limited warranty covering regular use.
